Do we first get the glimpse that Sherlock's relationship with Inspector Lestrade is so great he's reading reports and articles about him, yet he can't remember his first name?
How is he searching for the articles if he doesn't know the name (auto suggest?) ?
Do you think Sherlock really does knows his first name, yet just to tick him off doesn't say it as a little personal joke?
